IV Shipping:

Our goal is to ship every order quickly with 100% accuracy, but sometimes we make mistakes. If you have any problem at all, call 1-949-544-1765 and we will do our very best to remedy the situation.

Occasionally, demand exceeds our supply on a few items. If you order an item that is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you and keep you informed on the status of the item until you receive it.

ALL product orders are now being shipped by certified mail through the US Postal Service. This means that a signature is required on ALL package deliveries. If you are NOT home to receive and sign for your order, it will be brought to the nearest Post Office. There are NO exceptions. We have initiated this procedure to prevent fraudulent or unauthorized credit card use.

To ensure your privacy, all products are shipped in plain brown paper packaging. Products shipped to U.S. addresses should arrive in 2 to 4 weeks by USPS (United States Postal Service). Products shipped to International addresses should arrive in 9 to 12 weeks. We are not responsible for any complications with customs.

EXPRESS SHIPPING FOR US PHONE ORDERS ONLY:

For Federal Express Overnight or 2nd Day Delivery, call 1-949-544-1765, Monday - Friday 10:00am - 8:00pm Pacific time. Allow one full day for order processing.

V Return Policy:

Unsatisfactory merchandise may be returned to us for exchange only, with the receipt, within 30 days of purchase.

Defective Video Tapes are exchanged only with a replacement version of the same tape previously ordered.

Please use UPS or certified mail for your protection against lost packages and always include the receipt or packing slip from the box. We do not accept C.O.D. packages. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
